Welcome to the Clear Creek Conservancy District. Your sewer bill will come on a postcard every other month. Effective December 1st, 2025, the flat rate sewer of $37.50 per month is billed and due bi-monthly ($75.00) in the even numbered months on the 15th. Your sewer bill will be mailed to your Heritage Lake address automatically unless you have contacted the district to request your bill be sent to a different address. If you would prefer to pay through Automatic Bank Draft, you can submit an Automatic Clearing House (ACH) Authorization Form. If you are an existing customer and already pay through Automatic Bank Draft, depending on your bank, you may need to resubmit an updated Automatic Clearing House (ACH) Authorization Form to bring the payment amount current. If you have a question about your sewer bill or need to discuss an issue, simply contact us through the website or give us a call at (765) 246-6585 and select option #2 for Billing.
